You need a project manager to oversee all the stages of you kitchen renovation project as specified in your kitchen renovation plans and documents.

• Our designers’ knowledge of the latest technological advancements and world trends ensure your kitchen is up-to-date.
• Precise realistic scheduling helps to keep up with time and your renovation project is always delivered on time. 
• Project completion needs approval by the client. Nothing will be left unattended or incomplete.

• Design style, colors and materials preferences
• Function and space planning (preliminary layouts and provide up to 2 work-in progress changes and updates as they relate to kitchen design plans )
• Conceptual package of drawings, photos, images and samples
• Design of cabinets
• Lighting fixtures schedule (if applicable)
• Plumbing fixtures schedule (if applicable)
• Hand-drawings and CAD renderings (1-3)

10% of total project cost and minimum $250 

• Design style, colors and materials preferences
• Function and space planning (preliminary layouts and provide up to 2 work-in progress changes and updates as they relate to kitchen design plans )
• Conceptual package of drawings, photos, images and samples
• Design of cabinets
• Appliance selection and schedule (if applicable)

10% of total project cost and minimum $450

• Design style, colors and materials preferences
• Function and space planning (preliminary layouts and provide required work-in progress changes and updates as they relate to kitchen design plans )
• Conceptual package of drawings, photos, images and samples
• Design of cabinets
• Appliance selection and schedule (if applicable)
• Lighting fixtures selection and schedule (if applicable)
• Plumbing fixtures selection and schedule (if applicable)
• Hand-drawings and CAD renderings (1-5)

Also,

• Schedule and visit showrooms
• Oversee the entire renovation and renewal process including parts done by  F-Studio-engaged contractors
• Attend site visits during project implementation
• Manage and coordinate the expediting, delivery and installation of F-Studio-purchased product per project scope (e.g., light fixtures, spare parts, appliances)
• Arrange and coordinate shipping, receiving and delivery of F-Studio-supplied product

10% of total project cost and minimum $700
