F-Studio on the Mars Warranty

We appreciate your loyalty and our warranty is to stay with you once your new cabinetry has been installed.

 

What is our promise?

B B English Pty Ltd trading as “F-Studio on the Mars” provides the F-Studio on the Mars Warranty as a warranty against defects in the cabinetry (collectively “our products”) under normal use as follows:

• Cabinets: any defects in materials and workmanship in the cabinet carcasses, doors, panels, drawer fronts, legs, cornices and plinths/skirting boards. The warranty does not cover handles.
• Benchtops: any defects in materials and workmanship.

• Drawers, drawer runners and hinges: any defects in materials and workmanship.
• Fittings, such as kitchen carousels, corner solutions, pull out units: any defect in workmanship
• Up lift and flap stay mechanisms: any defect in workmanship

• Glass splashbacks: any defect in workmanship.

The warranty is subject to the full terms and conditions set out in this document.

If the cabinetry fails during the predetermined warranty period due to normal use, F-Studio on the Mars will repair the defect or provide replacement parts. The benefits of the F-Studio on the Mars Warranty are in addition to your other rights and remedies under law in relation to our products.

 

Warranty period

The warranty under the F-Studio on the Mars Warranty starts on the date of Project Acceptance Form or date of purchase and lasts for the following number of years:

On cabinets - 7 years

On benchtops – 7 years

On drawers, drawer runners and hinges - as long as the original purchaser owns the homeOn fittings – 5 years, unless there is a manufacturer’s warranty
